Dr. Allen Betsis is an esteemed Principal Dentist at Minty Dental Health Centre working alongside his sister, Dr. Nicole Betsis. Allen is focused on providing Oral Surgery, Dental Implants and Sedation. Allen currently shares his extensive experience teaching Oral Surgery at King's College London.

A highly skilled Implantologist, Dr. Betsis has successfully placed over 2000 implants, helping countless patients restore their smiles and confidence. In addition to his expertise in implantology, he is also a certified Sedationist, proficient in both inhalation (with gas) sedation and IV sedation. His capabilities extend to performing Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatments and phlebotomy, enhancing healing and outcomes for his patients. Dr. Betsis takes a special interest in complex cases and performs a wide range of oral surgery procedures, including bone augmentation and sinus lifts. Allen can work with all available implant systems. Allen is also experienced in providing clear aligner orthodontics.

Dr. Betsis' educational journey is both extensive and impressive. He completed high school at the Anglo-American School of Moscow and went on to earn his dental degree from Semmelweis University in Hungary, graduating Cum Laude. In 2018, he achieved an MSc in Implantology and Dental Surgery with Honors in Münster, Germany. Furthering his expertise, Dr. Betsis completed his diploma in Conscious Sedation with Distinction at King's College London in 2020. Allen has extensive experience in providing oral surgery and sedation at hospitals in Hungary, Germany and across London. Allen currently teaches Oral Surgery at King's College London.

Dr. Betsis is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of patients and make them feel at ease. His multilingual skills ensure effective communication and a comfortable experience for all who visit our practice.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Betsis has a rich array of hobbies that reflect his dynamic personality. He is an avid Judo practitioner, a sport that requires discipline and precision—qualities that he brings to his dental practice. He also enjoys playing squash, which helps him stay active and energized. Additionally, Dr. Betsis has a passion for playing the violin and was trained in the Conservatory of Music in Toronto, showcasing his dedication to the arts and his ability to balance both creativity and technical skill.
